Terms and Conditions
Having registered and paid for the conference, the applicant accepts responsibility for full payment of the registration fee without prejudice. The cancellation notification must be in writing to the Conference Secretariat at the following e-mail address: tldc@mut.ac.za. A 25% admin fee will be charged for any cancellation received. Any cancellation received after 10 August 2022, will incur a 50% admin fee. Replacements are acceptable. There shall be no refund for cancellations after 15 August and for non-attendance.
